Spend some time exercising. You should take on consistent activities to condition your body. Exercising makes you stronger and it enables your joints and muscles to be more tolerant to stress.

Learn more about mantras and visualization. The way you think greatly affects what happens in the real world. Therefore you can use visualization and mantras as effective tools in managing pain during labor.

Keep focused. Giving birth is absolutely uncomfortable but you have to accept that it’s a situation you need to go through. Keep in mind why you have to be strong for it and make the child in your womb your inspiration to endure the pain.
