Due to increased levels of progesterone, you might feel a little sleepy most of the time. Some expectant moms only go through it during the first trimester while the others have to endure it throughout their pregnancy. You should not ignore when your body tells you it is tired. Get more sleep and more food. It will also help if you include exercise on your daily routine.
